When cybersecurity, regulation and compliance are taken into consideration, it is a remarkable achievement.
PEAK is a very large enterprise and it is running smoothly. I think you will find the following examples of various statistics very interesting. Only today there were:
- more than 260 email processes of all kinds,
- more than 115 telephone calls answered,
- more than 55,000 operations (purchases, redemption, switches, etc.),
- nearly a hundred account openings and updates.
On the management side we can say that the emergency response team has been in:
- three video meetings a day, every day including some weekend days,
- every single team (there are about 20 teams at PEAK) have a minimum of two team video meetings a day,
- We have seven emergency committees that have been created who also have daily video meetings,
- for a total of over 500 video meetings at PEAK since March 11, in addition to the daily work to be done.
As you can see, we are not idle at PEAK and I find this really impressive.
I would like to underline that for us to continue our work, and also improve it, we are counting on your participation.
