In a context where we manage confidential financial data and operate in a highly regulated industry, information and data confidentiality and their safeguard has been, from day one, a top priority for PEAK.
This is why we have invested in our IT team and implemented an important cybersecurity protocol. All employees are required to work with computers and telephones from PEAK only. No company work is performed on personal or outside computers. All their work-related exchanges and telephone conversations are monitored and are supervised.
Every employee has been made aware of the PEAK cybersecurity policy and a code of ethics which establishes the importance of integrity and impeccable conduct, and which prohibits any actions that could lead to conflicts of interest. PEAK has extended the same controlled and secure environment as before the crisis, with the additional measures required for a completely offsite workforce. This has been a success so far.
We encourage you to review your own cybersecurity and your policies to secure confidential information. Below are links to two articles that provide best practices for teleworking and cybersecurity.
We remain available to answer any questions or help with any issues you might be facing regarding the COVID-19 situation.
Have a great evening,
