MESSAGE FROM ROBERT FRANCES
Dear advisors,
As we end our fourth week of social distancing and working from home, many of us prepare to celebrate Easter, Passover, or Ramadan. However, we know that this year’s holiday weekend will be very different from others.
Whatever our religious affiliations may be, this weekend will not provide the possibility to be with the friends, family or community members that we would otherwise gather with. However, our human connection goes beyond our physical gatherings. As we have seen in the last four weeks, many of us have been active through virtual connections.
This weekend will provide us the opportunity to pause and catch our breath. May this weekend provide some peace and serenity despite all that is going on. I know I will be taking some time to be grateful.
In particular, I am grateful to have the privilege of working with 138 employees with whom I get to connect with, in the virtual world, every day. These men and women are tirelessly working from their homes, literally operating 138 PEAK places of business. They long for the gatherings we would enjoy at work and the friendships we nurture there.
However, the community and human connections have been happening every day at PEAK by video. I am happy to include a few screenshots of some of our PEAK employees and some thoughts they have for you right on screen. Please find one above and four below.
I wish you a restful and peaceful long weekend,
