I am writing to you today on behalf of myself and the PEAK management team to assure you that we are closely monitoring the COVID-19 pandemic.

While the situation is evolving rapidly, we have a comprehensive business continuity plan in place, a plan I have full confidence in and that will get us through this crisis.

Indeed, all the necessary actions are being put in place to allow PEAK’s operations to continue normally despite the turbulence.

• A working group has been created under the leadership of Erika Fernandez to ensure the implementation and monitoring of the plan.
• Employees in critical positions for operations are equipped to work remotely.
• Several teams have carried out teleworking tests to prepare for a complete closure of our offices.
• Precautions to protect our employees are put in place to maintain our operations and quality of service.

In short, this is not the first difficult situation that PEAK has gone through and I know that, together, we can get through it.

POSTPONEMENT OF AUDITS

All audits in Advisors offices scheduled between March 13 and April 13 are postponed until the fall of 2020.

We will continue to assess the situation and inform you if further postponements are necessary.

2020 PEAK NATIONAL CONFERENCE

The 2020 PEAK National Conference is scheduled in just under three months from now, from June 9 to 11, at the Queen’s Landing Hotel in Niagara on the Lake.

At this time, we are in the process of evaluating all the options available to us and no decision has yet been made. More details will follow shortly.
