In our communique to you today, we would like to focus on the role PEAK Insurance role can play in your practice and how you can best serve your client base in these times.
PEAK, through its ownership in AgenZ Group, operates one of the largest Managing General Agencies (MGA) in Canada. Licensed in every province, we have contracts with 18 major life insurance companies in Canada. Our back-office has a team of 13 bilingual, passionate and highly motivated people whose pride is measured in the satisfaction of our advisors. As with our entire PEAK employee staff, all AgenZ personnel are currently fully operational from their own home offices on a telework basis. Almost overnight, advisors are adapting to a “new normal”. Non face-to-face applications, once an option to a few, are the only option to all advisors. Electronic applications (and paper ones with dry signatures) are extremely efficient, with accuracy and speed being the benchmark of these transactions. Says one of our advisors “I think the way of doing business is changing and evolving so we need to adapt to this, not for communicating with insurance companies only, but so that clients view that you are relevant and professional. They want to feel they can count on doing business with someone regardless of the environment we are forced to work in.”Let us know if we can assist you in your electronic application process.
That being said, we are sensitive to the fact that you may also have certain clients or entire targets markets which are not amenable to anything but in-person meetings and transactions. In this case, we are ready to assist those of you in focusing on having you ready for the “post-Covid19” era.
Governments across the country are encouraging us to “buy local”, in an effort to promote the economy both now and when we all re-start our lives after dealing with the virus. We at PEAK would like to expand on that initiative with a project to promote our Insurance offering to those of you who have not adopted us yet into your practice.
